Class of 1960 Reunion

Members of the Western Christian High School class of 1960 gathered in the school cafeteria on Saturday, August 1, 2015, for our 55th class reunion. Mr. Lyle Van Ravenswaay gave us a guided tour of the building. We spent time getting re-acquainted while enjoying punch and sweet breads. At 6 PM we had a delicious dinner, catered by the Cedar Rock Grille of Rock Valley, which was enjoyed by all.

Seventy people were in attendance including 32 classmates, spouses, three former teachers and their wives. We remembered the eleven members of our class who have passed away. Gerald Kramer acted as our MC for the evening. An open mic was available--memories were shared, we did some reminiscing, and had some trivia. We had a great evening spending time together.
